GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our convenience store energized across shifts. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach the team, hire and train staff, and step in when the manager is absent.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing customer-service team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including pumps and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership that motivates the team to excel.
