MFA Oil Company in Missouri is hiring Break Time Assistant Managers to support store operations in the Manager’s absence, coach team members, and help manage store finances. You will lead daily tasks, ensure great customer service, supervise shifts, promote food service and safety, handle merchandising, and maintain accurate reports while upholding company policies.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work and/or support all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with adequate transportation to/from bank.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Works well individually and in leading a team.
• Ability to perform assigned duties with accuracy and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations to make change and count products.
• Ability to learn new concepts and operate a computer.

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers while supporting the store team.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations including banking, inventory, and reporting.
• Support merchandising: pricing, promotions, stocking, and cleanliness of the store.
• Assist with shift supervision when the manager is absent and train new employees.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Understand store finances and help control expenses and loss.
• Participate in audits of cash, lottery, cigarettes, and inventory.
• Lead the team to ensure food service and safety compliance.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations governing store operations.
