MFA Oil Company is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for their Break Time Convenience Store in Marshall, Missouri. The Assistant Manager will assist in store operations, manage staff in the Store Manager’s absence, and ensure superior customer service is delivered to every customer.

The role requires strong leadership, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience in retail sales. Eligible candidates hold a high school diploma or GED and are expected to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
