Job summary

MFA Oil Company is seeking a Break Time Store Manager in Missouri to oversee the performance and operations of an assigned Break Time Convenience Store. You will recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff, while delivering exceptional customer service and driving store sales.

You will lead daily operations, merchandising, and financial controls, ensuring compliance with safety policies and company standards. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and the role requires flexibility for shifts including

Qualifications

• Prior management/leadership experience required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent expected.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and lead store team.
• Oversee daily store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and maintenance.
• Execute merchandising, pricing, and promotions; identify sales opportunities.
• Supervise employees: scheduling, training, development, and performance evaluations.
• Manage store finances, loss prevention, and audits; ensure safety compliance.
• Lead through policy adherence and teamwork; may cover other Break Time locations when needed.
