Simon Property Group seeks a dedicated leader to assist the Store Manager at Starbucks Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets. You will help manage operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, and financial performance while fostering a welcoming environment for customers and the team.

You will train and coach staff, monitor store metrics, and execute plans to meet objectives, supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and team development.

Qualifications

• 3 years progressively responsible retail experience
• Experience analyzing financial reports
• Ability to manage store operations independently
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously
• Ability to manage resources ensuring established service levels
• Knowledge of customer service techniques
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
• Organization and planning skills
• Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
