Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets - Factory is seeking a Store Manager responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, merchandising standards, and store operations. The role oversees training and development of the entire staff and reports to the District Manager.

Responsibilities include leadership on the sales floor, visual merchandising execution, achieving profitability targets, and ensuring policy compliance and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Two years of store manager experience with proven sales and profit results.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain store management and associate talent.
• Lead customer experience and service excellence on the sales floor.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Meet profitability goals including payroll, shrink, and conversion.
• Execute strategies to maximize sales and control expenses.
