Simon Property Group's Starbucks Penn Square location seeks a team member dedicated to delivering legendary customer service and maintaining operational excellence during shifts.

You will handle opening/closing duties, ensure quality beverages, and follow cash handling and safety procedures while contributing to a positive team environment. This role emphasizes integrity and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment (1 year)
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers
• Dress code restrictions: tattoos, piercings, and hair color rules
• Prepare and coach food/beverage preparation to standard recipes
• At least six (6) months of delegating tasks to others

• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts and opening/closing duties.
• Follows cash handling, safety, and security policies.
• Ensures quality beverages and foods per recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintains health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
