• 5+ years in big-box, high-volume management.
• Experience supervising multiple departments and staff.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage payroll and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and assume responsibility when the GM is away.
• Supervise Receiving, Customer Service, Maintenance and Sales through Group Sales Managers.
• Coordinate training, schedules and performance reviews; coach and motivate staff.
