Goodwill is seeking a capable Store Lead to assist the store manager and ensure daily operations run smoothly. You will help supervise staff, handle customer needs, manage pricing and merchandising, and uphold ACE standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with related experience or training.
• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in the manager or assistant manager's absence and communicate performance.
• Provide ACE customer service to donors and customers daily.
• Oversee receiving, pricing, display and sale of merchandise within established price ranges.
• Stock and maintain store interior and exterior, ensuring proper rotation of merchandise.
• Process sales at the register, balance cash, and prepare daily deposits.
• Support loss prevention through monitoring and reporting suspicious activity.
• Assist with payroll records and related paperwork in supervisor's absence.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and enforce safety policies.
