Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty handling store operations, staff, and issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prep for the day.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses via merchandising and service improvements.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform general store maintenance and housekeeping.
