Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance, while building consumer loyalty through outstanding customer service.

When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads the store, ensures opening and closing procedures, supervises staff, communicates with management, merchandise, stock shelves, and handles customer relations with a focus on a positive CVS customer experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills required.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in planning and driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store and supervisory staff when no manager is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and maintain displays.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues.
