Job summary

Coastal Farm in Show Low, AZ is seeking a store associate to support daily operations, greet customers, and assist in merchandising and inventory control. You will train new staff on systems and product knowledge and help create daily worklists and goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Experience using Eagle Browser and POS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal abilities and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and locate products.
• Assist daily store operations including merchandising and inventory.
• Train new associates on systems and product knowledge.
• Lead daily worklists and store goals.
• Step in for Store Manager or Assistant Manager when scheduled.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Conduct store meetings and communicate goals.
• Answer phone calls and maintain radio communication.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Support floor moves, displays, and housekeeping.
