Job summary

Coastal Farm is seeking an energetic retail associate to support daily store operations and assist management. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help locate products while maintaining signage, displays, and inventory awareness.

You will train new associates, create daily worklists, and assist in opening/closing duties. Strong communication and adaptability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to operate Eagle Browser and POS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help locate products.
• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and signage.
• Train new associates on systems and procedures.
• Create daily worklists and goals for associates.
• Open and close the store as scheduled and assist in meetings.
