Responsibilities include staff recruitment and training, merchandising displays, scheduling, inventory replenishment, and ensuring security and compliance. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with certifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• 3 years retail experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Eagle Browser.
• Experience in multiple store departments preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain driver's license and insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotions and merchandise displays.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
• Plan and prepare work schedules.
• Monitor and order merchandise to replenish stock.
• Ensure compliance with security, sales, and recordkeeping procedures.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Open and close the store and manage related duties.
• Manage payroll budget and payroll processes.
• In the absence of the Store Manager, assume store management duties.
• Operate forklift and propane certifications on the job.
• Perform daily cleaning and department support.
• Other duties as assigned.
