• Experience in multiple store departments.

• Comfortable using computer systems and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and help locate products.
• Support daily store operations including merchandising and inventory monitoring.
• Train new associates on systems and procedures.
• Create daily worklists and goals for staff.
• Step in for Store/Assistant Managers when scheduled.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Lead store meetings and pursue goals.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain radio communications with associates.
• Maintain product knowledge and promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping.
• Help in departments when needed.
• Daily cleaning duties.
