Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in operations, sales, and personnel management. You will help lead a team, oversee front-end activity, and ensure loss prevention, safety, and clean operations while delivering excellent customer service.

You will be cross-trained in Processing, Cashiering, Sales Floor, and Visual Merchandising and play a key role in achieving budget goals and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of work experience in a lead/supervisory capacity with 3-10 team members.
• Knowledgeable in profit and loss, sales, or cost management accountability.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with customers, donors, and employees.
• Must exhibit a high level of integrity and business ethics.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong math skills.
• Proficient in the English language, both orally and in writing. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and financial performance.
• Train and cross-train store personnel at all levels to ensure efficiency.
• Greet customers and maintain excellent customer service.
• Manage cash handling, bank deposits, and cash register readings.
• Generate store reports and assist with employee scheduling.
