Temporary Professional Integrated Services seeks an Assistant Manager for our client in the supermarket sector in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico. The successful candidate will support daily store operations, supervise staff, and uphold high standards of service, performance, and compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, guiding employees, ensuring safety and store presentation, assisting with opening/closing, inventory control, and training.

Competenze

• High school diploma completed.
• Minimum of one (2) year of previous experience as an Assistant Manager or experience supervising operations in supermarkets or a related industry.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, store operations, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Intermediate computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve situations effectively.
• Ability to work as part of a team, make decisions, and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Responsible and organized individual with initiative and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
