Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor in Aguadilla, PR to lead front-line staff and ensure excellence in guest experience. You will supervise daily tasks, coach associates, and uphold store policies while delivering friendly, efficient service to every guest.

The role requires availability for flexible hours and the ability to handle cash operations and POS duties in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and coaching employees to perform tasks.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are performed as directed by management.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels.
• Ensure store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Oversee 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks when applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
