Job Requirements

• Intermediate computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve situations effectively.Ability to work as part of a team, make decisions, and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Responsible and organized individual with initiative and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Required Availability

• Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
