Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Lead to drive store operations, inventory, and customer experience. The role supports leadership with omni-channel processes and ensures merchandise availability and cleanliness across the store.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of retail/operational experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to train new hires while maintaining high store standards and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Experience in exceeding tasking goals and training new hires.
• Knowledge and passion for operational excellence.
• Ability to train new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Maintain compliance and execute task dashboard, shipments, replenishments, and counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Foster an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to drive sales performance.
• Support training of new Task Associates and cross-training.
