Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Lead to ensure operational excellence in support of sales and guest experience in our Oregon store. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist leadership with omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.

The role focuses on performance metrics, teamwork, and adherence to procedures. You will train new associates, lead by example, and collaborate with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to drive productivity and store

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for operational excellence
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding tasking goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Drive operational excellence by keeping assigned work area replenished, signed, and faced
• Maintain outstanding store standards and overall store cleanliness
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service
• Execute other operational tasks as directed
