Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented retail associate in the US. The role supports store management with opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and delivering a clean, well-presented store at all times.

You will engage customers with authentic service, share product knowledge, and contribute to meeting sales goals while representing the brand's lifestyle. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-facing experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in opening/closing procedures and cash-handling.
• Maintain stock control, merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Help achieve sales goals and support local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager and ensure policy compliance.
