Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a reliable, customer-focused store associate in North Carolina to support the store management team and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment. You will help with opening/closing, cash handling, stock checks, merchandising, and delivering brand-aligned experiences.

You are a role model for the team, enthusiastic about our brands, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in customer-facing roles; supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
• Act as a role model for the team with a positive attitude and strong product knowledge.
• Deliver authentic customer service to create memorable experiences for shoppers.
• Assist in achieving sales goals and store KPIs, supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager and ensure compliance with health, safety, and inventory policies.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines.
