Job summary

lululemon in Rosemont, IL is seeking Product Operations Educators to manage inventory, process shipments, and organize product on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas. You will support guests on the retail floor and connect them with teammates as needed.

Responsibilities include RFID inventory accuracy, restocking, and executing omnichannel programs to optimize efficiency. A collaborative, inclusive team environment and flexible scheduling are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Perform RFID inventory counts and processing.
• Receive, fold, sort, and hang product to optimize space.
• Pack and ship products per company standards.
• Adjust product displays, restock and move products on the floor.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store).
• Interact with guests to provide service and connect them with team members.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and guest experiences.
