You will assist with receiving, stock retrieval, quality control, and post-sale services, working closely with the sales team in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
• Experience with SAP desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work in a busy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of inventory control including receiving and handling stock orders from hub or warehouse and ensuring accuracy of products received and reporting discrepancies.
• Support the sales team with retrieving stock in a timely manner including Omnichannel and stock pullback.
• Maintain back of house in a tidy manner compliant with Retail Operations and Standards.
• Quality control on all products and report issues to store lead.
• Support aftersales process (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to elevate client experience.
• Ensure stockroom equipment is working and raise concerns via Ask services.
• Adhoc administration including answering calls, coordinating with customer service, stationary and supermarket orders.
• Assist with events, visual merchandising, stock taking and related duties as required by store management.
