Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving stock and reporting discrepancies.
• Support sales team by retrieving stock promptly for omnichannel orders.
• Maintain tidy back of house in compliance with Retail Operations standards.
• Perform quality control on products and report issues to store lead.
• Assist with aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalization) to enhance client experience.
• Ensure stockroom equipment is functional and report issues via service channels.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and event support as needed.
• Support management with stock takes and visual merchandising duties.
