Job summary

Burberry in Las Vegas is seeking a Store Back of House Coordinator to support inventory control and order fulfilment. You will handle stock receiving from hubs, assist sales with stock retrieval, maintain a tidy back of house, perform quality checks, and support aftersales activities to enhance the client experience.

Strong organisational and communication skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential; SAP experience is desirable.

Ability to work well in a team in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of inventory control including receiving and handling stock orders from hub or warehouse and ensuring accuracy of products received.
Support the sales team with retrieving stock in a timely manner including Omnichannel stock pullback.
Keep back of house tidy and compliant with Retail Operations standards.
Perform quality control on all products and report issues to the store lead.
Support aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to elevate client experience.
Ensure stockroom equipment is working and report concerns through appropriate channels.
Handle adhoc administration tasks and assist events and visual merchandising as needed.
