Living Spaces is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent execution of store operations that support a seamless customer experience and strong business results. You will validate day-to-day operations, uphold standards, and maintain accuracy and compliance across the store.

The role focuses on execution, standardized processes, inventory integrity, and adherence to SOPs to support brand consistency, efficiency, and sales performance through high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment; high-volume experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale order activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce standardized operational processes and SOP compliance through daily execution; communicate observations to leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and de-escalation techniques to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, storage, cycle counts, and transfers; fulfill customer orders including pick-up and delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards to uphold brand consistency.
• Verify accurate pricing and signage by audits; correct discrepancies promptly.
• Perform daily operational reporting to identify errors, track performance, and support corrective action.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards.
