Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by understanding needs and providing product information.
• Uphold merchandising standards with floor sets, signage, price changes and inventory presentation.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label card enrollment.
• Collaborate with SM and ASM to develop 30-60-90 day plans for departments.
• Create workable plans for staffing, operations, and merchandising within budgets.
