Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product and assortment information.
• Lead department plans with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to meet priorities and budgets.
• Schedule, supervise, and develop teammates for efficient store operations.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention, and merchandising standards.
• Build a strong team culture with coaching, feedback, and recognition.
