Job summary

Five Below in Tooele, UT is seeking a capable retail supervisor to wow customers with fast, friendly service and to lead daily store operations. You will train associates, manage opening/closing duties, oversee stock receipt and merchandising, and partner with leadership to drive sales and maintain a high-performance team.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with college experience preferred, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and friendly service at checkout.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and assume store operations responsibilities.
• Open/close duties: secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, prep for daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses by optimizing merchandising and service quality.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance including cleanliness and stockroom upkeep.
