Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college OR 1 year retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience
• Firearm CBC may be required for facilities selling firearms
• Attending and completing all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door)
• State-specific requirements may apply for ammunition facilities

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams, teaching training, and providing feedback to associates
• Drives store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
• Manages customer service initiatives and ensures high-quality customer experience
• Seeks continuous improvement in merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations
