Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Warrenton, VA is seeking a store leadership professional to lead and develop teams, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service through the One Best Way framework. You will manage daily operations, merchandising, and associate development.

You will oversee budgeting, inventory, shrink reduction, and action plans to meet profit goals while maintaining a culture of belonging and integrity across the store.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Drive store sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence and adherence to the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, shrink reduction, and seasonal transitions to meet profit goals.
• Provide development opportunities for hourly associates and promote a culture of belonging.
