You\'ll oversee opening/closing routines, staff scheduling, merchandising updates, and omni-channel fulfillment, with opportunities for career growth through internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Ability to drive results and maintain a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
