Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations alongside the General Manager.
• Oversee daily operations, training, and customer service.
• Merchandise and manage inventory levels, pricing, and promotions.
• Oversee food service area appearance, quality, and signage.
• Ensure policies, labor budgets, and safe operating guidelines are followed.
• In the General Manager’s absence, run store operations and learn P&L statements.
