Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a team member to manage customer relationships and daily store operations. You will assist customers in selecting storage solutions, conduct property tasks, and process leasing and payments using our POS system.

The role emphasizes reliable service, sales achievements, and upkeep of site safety and cleanliness. Expect daytime hours with possible Sunday shifts, competitive hourly pay, and benefits such as PTO and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver's license with up-to-date insurance.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Conduct daily operational tasks including lock checks and unit showings.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, and perform deposits.
