Job summary

Family Farm and Home in Mansfield is seeking Team Members to stock shelves, assist customers, operate the cash register, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will interact with customers, promote programs, and support store operations across daily tasks.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, multitask, and have basic computer skills. Flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays is required; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and 18+ for forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Executes daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
• Greets customers as they enter/exit the store and assists them.
• Solicits customers to sign up for programs and financing options.
• Use POS to checkout customers and handle cash following procedures.
• Assist in stocking, recovery and in-stock processes.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, back room, restrooms and break room.
• Assist in building/assembling store displays and fixtures.
• Complete daily operational standards checklist.
