Job summary

Family Farm and Home is seeking Team Members to support daily store operations, greet customers, stock merchandise, operate the cash register, and maintain clean, organized aisles. You will help with product placement, back stock, and general store maintenance while delivering friendly, helpful service.

Team Members must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, stand for extended periods, and assist customers across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists them in-store and online.
• Operates POS and handles cash transactions according to policy.
• Stock shelves, recover aisles, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist with signage, displays, and store promotions.
• Support safety and loss prevention standards.
