Job summary

Family Farm and Home is a family owned retailer with locations across the Midwest, including Ohio. We are seeking a Team Member to contribute to daily store operations, assist customers, stock shelves, and help maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate basic computer systems while delivering excellent customer service.
