You will support store operations, handle cash accurately, complete transactions per policy, and work with the team to maintain outstanding service while adhering to company values. This is a front-line leadership role in a growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on product options and services that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, and corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and respond to general questions and requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales and courtesy calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle currency safely, manage cash drawer, deposits, and other cash handling tasks.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
