Job summary

Five Below in Odessa, TX is seeking an hourly leader to manage daily store operations and deliver WOW customer service. This role includes opening/closing the store, supervising associates, training new hires, driving sales, and stocking products in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

Wows customers through personal contact at checkout and sales floor.
Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves full and tidy.
Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff on shift.
Manages opening/closing duties: cash, alarms, and daily readiness.
Supports onboarding and training of associates; drives sales and controls costs.
