Job summary

Five Below Inc. is hiring for an hourly Crew Leader in Victorville, CA. You will supervise and train crew, ensure a fast, friendly checkout, and help maintain store operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will assist with stocking, opening/closing the store, and supporting the leadership team in merchandising and daily tasks. A flexible schedule will be required, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Creative thinking and problem solving within a retail environment.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle fast-paced situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer service through personal contact.
• Train crew on BEST customer service and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, managing store operations and staff.
