Job summary

Five Below is hiring an hourly Store Leader for our Smyrna, GA location. You will supervise crew, ensure a WOW customer experience, and assist with opening/closing duties.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and strong communication. You must be able to multi-task, think creatively, and stay composed under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer service and train crew on the best customer experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for fast floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by improving merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery processes.
• Perform routine store maintenance and cleanliness tasks.
