Job summary

Five Below in Fort Oglethorpe, GA is seeking an energetic manager-on-duty to lead store operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will oversee daily activities of associates, train staff, and ensure merchandise is correctly stocked and presented.

This hourly role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and the ability to manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and safety compliance while driving sales.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the customer through personal contact and training crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking new merchandise on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations, staff, service and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms and prep for the day.
