Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate the cash register for purchases.
• Open and close the store at least twice per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise handling, receiving, stocking, displays and planograms.
• Maintain accurate inventory, control damages and process paperwork.
• Support store profitability and asset protection through cash control and deposits.
• Assist in the Store Manager's absence and represent leadership as needed.
