Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Hardware store experience helpful.
• Ability to supervise store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive representation of Ace Retail Group.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Lead and train associates; supervise operations.
• Open and close the store; ensure safety and loss prevention.
• Maintain product knowledge and store layout awareness.
• Communicate issues to Store Support Center with GM approval.
