Job summary

Dollar Tree in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, organize merchandise, and help ensure a clean, well-stocked store environment.

The role requires strong communication and teamwork, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards. This is a full-time, on-site position at our LA store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers with questions in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
