Strong leadership, communication, and guest service are essential as you collaborate with the Store Manager and supervise store associates to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas on the floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional displays and fixtures for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering, damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Keep store areas well-stocked and clean; protect assets including cash.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Help supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
