Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Support Associate to uphold a customer- and product-focused sales culture. You will handle merchandise, stock processing, and stockroom organization to keep the store running smoothly and deliver MAPS-inspired service.

You will work with a team to merchandise new products, process receipts and transfers, adjust pricing, and set signage. Strong communication, organization, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and located for replenishment.
• Ensures new products are merchandised in a timely manner.
• Enters receiving documents, reconciles invoices, and completes store transfers and Locate requests.
• Maintains visual materials, signage and stockroom organization; assists with pricing and markdowns.
• Models MAPS principles and delivers a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Promotes an inclusive, collaborative problem-solving approach; supports team development.
