Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Store Leader in Macedonia, OH to supervise and develop hourly associates, hire and train staff, and drive store performance. You will mentor teams, set clear expectations, and promote a culture of belonging while aligning with company initiatives and customer service standards.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor progress, and implement action plans to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Live Better U and Bellevue University degree pathway is listed as preferred qualification.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, mentor hourly associates and promote a sense of belonging.
• Coordinate, complete and oversee job-related activities, build stakeholder relationships and drive store initiatives.
• Lead and develop teams, provide feedback, and implement changes to improve customer service and operations.
